As a passionate educator and mentor, I am dedicated to preparing the next generation of UX professionals. My teaching philosophy is built on the belief that education extends beyond the classroom. Drawing from my extensive experience in the field, including my work at Medius and my role as a lecturer at the Tadeusz Kościuszko University of Technology, I strive to foster a deep understanding of UX principles, critical thinking, and practical skills that students can apply throughout their careers. Teaching philosophy
Mentorship beyond the classroom. My approach to teaching is deeply rooted in the belief that true learning happens when students are empowered to apply their knowledge beyond the classroom. I see my role not just as an instructor, but as a mentor who guides students through their professional development. This involves helping them identify their strengths, navigate challenges, and build the confidence needed to succeed in their careers. By fostering a supportive learning environment, I encourage students to take ownership of their learning and growth.
Real-world application. I place a strong emphasis on the practical application of knowledge.
